These terms govern access to the Brandeis Practice Suite. By engaging the platform you agree to the obligations summarized below; the long-form contract attaches to your master service agreement.

All matter content is treated as privileged. Brandeis will resist subpoenas and third-party data requests on your behalf and will notify you wherever permitted by law.
We commit to 99.95% uptime measured monthly, with credits available where the threshold is missed. Maintenance windows are announced at least seventy-two hours in advance.
